Does Healing have to begin in a therapy room?
We don't think so.
Healing can begin wherever people are given space to connect, express themselves, learn and be supported.
At Red Balloon Therapy, we use creativity and therapeutic practice to make emotional well-being and healing more accessible; from prevention and early support to therapeutic intervention and ongoing well-being.
We believe well-being is a journey, not a crisis response.

Healing can begin...
In a community.
Around a table.
Through making something with our hands.
In a conversation.
In a moment of being heard.
In everyday opportunities to connect, express and be supported.
