Come and discover a child-driven session that promotes imagination through process art with us! ARTPLAY is an initiative to enhance inclusion and support for all children, regardless of ability, through connecting with peers, engaging in art-making with pleasure and success. Grounded in developmental art therapy approaches, ARTPLAY is a creative invitation to children to get together to explore and grow through sensory-based art activities.
Process art is a favourable way for all children to explore and engage with the art materials. The joy and pleasure stems from discovering the materials without emphasising the result. It reflects the voice of the children, their authentic expression of their world, thoughts and feelings.

Sandplay therapy is a non-verbal, expressive and sensory-based therapeutic approach that taps into the natural healing process innate in every individual. It combines play and symbolism to provide a unique and safe space for self-expression, exploration, and growth. In sandplay therapy, the therapist guides the clients to use a tray filled with sand and a variety of miniature figures to create scenes, stories, and landscapes that reflect their inner world. Sandplay therapy is a creative intervention suitable for children, youth and adults of all ages.

Somatic Experiencing is a bottom up therapy approach that focuses on healing trauma and stress by exploring the connection between the mind and body. Traumatic experiences, whether big or small, can get stuck in our nervous system, leading to various physical and emotional difficulties. Somatic Experiencing helps release these unresolved traumas and supports the restoration of balance and well-being.
