Art Therapy sessions are catered based on the unique needs and goals of each individual. Through a therapeutic approach, it provides an accessible way to communicate thoughts, feelings and experiences in a safe and non-judgmental way to resolve conflicts, increase coping skills and enhance emotional regulation. Individual, dyad and group sessions are available.

Online Art Therapy services are available through Zoom.
Art experiential workshops provides individuals with the opportunity to use art as a process to reflect and learn in a group setting through theme based activities. The workshops allow the individual to express their thoughts, emotions in a safe space and through that process gains greater self-awareness and self discovery.
