LEGO SERIOUS PLAY
LEGO SERIOUS PLAY method (LSP) is a facilitated methodology created by The LEGO group. It is a proven technique to facilitate thinking, enhance communication and problem solving technique for use with organisations, teams and individuals. It draws on extensive research from the fields of business, organisational development, psychology and learning.
How does it works?
Using LEGO® bricks, participants build 3D models to represent their thoughts, share their ideas and to tell their stories. People are encouraged to think with their hands and listen with their eyes/heart to better understand and communicate with one another.
It is a hands-on design thinking approach that allows participants to create powerful metaphors and imagery to articulate and explore complex topics together using LEGO® bricks.
