About the event

WORKSHOP SYNOPSIS Through a person centred approach, Health x Social Art Therapy Workshops is designed to suit all abilities to facilitate social connectedness, cultivate insights and promote well-being by creating a safe platform for participants to connect with each other through arts and self-expression.

Facilitated by an art therapist, in this workshop you will experience self-discovery and enhance your sense of well-being through the exploration of the felt sense of safety which is essential for personal well-being and a short introduction of Art Therapy. Through the creative process of using art, it aims to facilitate a way to calm down, bring comfort and relaxation when you are feeling overwhelmed and stress.

No art-making experience is necessary to participate, just a willingness to explore! Join us in therapeutic art making alongside others!
