THERAPY
A space to explore, understand and move through what you are experiencing.
Therapy can offer a supportive space to explore emotions, experiences and challenges in ways that feel meaningful to you. Our work is person-centred, trauma-informed and responsive to each individual's needs.
ART THERAPY
There are things we feel, experience or carry that can be difficult to put into words.
Art therapy is an evidence-based form of psychotherapy that uses art-making, creative processes and the therapeutic relationship to support emotional well-being, self-understanding and healing.
We take a trauma-informed, person-centred approach. Each session is shaped around your needs, experiences and goals, within a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space.
Sometimes, words aren't enough.
