Creative and therapeutic support for students, educators and school communities
We work alongside schools to create opportunities for learning, connection and well-being.
Through creative programmes, art experiential workshops and therapeutic support, we meet students and school communities in ways that respond to their different needs.
OUR SIGNATURE PROGRAMMES
Creative experiences that grow with students
Nurturing social-emotional development through creative exploration
ARTPLAY® is a child-driven, process-based programme that invites young children to explore, create and grow through sensory-based art experiences.
Grounded in developmental art therapy approaches, the programme creates an inclusive space where children can follow their curiosity, connect with others and express themselves without the pressure of creating something "right".
Designed for: Preschool and early childhood settings

Building resilience, emotional literacy and imagination through creative exploration.
ARTVENTURES is a therapeutic art programme that supports children and young people in exploring themselves, their emotions and their relationships with others.
Through art-making, reflection, conversation and shared experiences, participants are encouraged to build greater self-awareness, emotional understanding and connection.
Each experience creates opportunities to pause, explore and discover new ways of understanding themselves and the people around them.
Designed for: Primary and secondary school students, with programmes adaptable to different student needs and school contexts.
LEGO® Serious Play®

ART EXPERIENTIAL WORKSHOPS
Creative experiences designed for your school community
Not every school is looking for an ongoing programme.
Sometimes, you may be planning a learning day, well-being initiative, team experience or a shared opportunity for reflection and connection.
We design and facilitate art experiential workshops for students, educators and school teams. Each workshop can be developed around your group's needs, age range and goals.
For Students
Our workshops offer students opportunities to learn through making, reflection and shared experiences.
Depending on your school's needs, workshops may explore themes such as:
-
Emotional awareness and regulation
-
Self-awareness and identity
-
Friendship and relationships
-
Coping and resilience
-
Change and transitions
-
Well-being and self-care
-
Connection and belonging
Workshops can be designed as one-time experiences or as part of a wider school initiative.
For Educators
A space to pause, reflect and reconnect
Educators spend much of their time supporting others. Our workshops create opportunities for educators to pause and attend to their own experiences, well-being and connection with others.
Through creative and experiential approaches, workshops can support:
-
Well-being and self-care
-
Reflection and renewal
-
Stress awareness and regulation
-
Connection and shared understanding
-
Exploring experiences through creative approaches
Creating space to think and connect together
For School Teams
Shared experiences can open up new ways for teams to communicate and understand one another.
Our workshops can support school teams in exploring:
-
Team connection
-
Communication
-
Shared reflection
-
Collaboration
-
Understanding different perspectives
-
Creating space for meaningful conversation
Some students may benefit from having access to therapeutic support within a familiar environment.
We work with schools and families to provide individual and group therapy for students, where appropriate.
Our therapeutic work draws on creative, relational and body-based approaches, depending on the needs of the student and therapeutic goals.

THERAPY IN SCHOOLS
Therapeutic support where students are

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a consistent and supportive space for a student to explore their thoughts, emotions and experiences.
Through approaches such as Art Therapy, Somatic Experiencing® and Sandplay Therapy & Symbol Work, sessions are adapted to the individual's needs and developmental stage.
Students do not need to be good at art or know exactly what to say. Sometimes, having different ways to explore and express can make it easier to begin.
Group Therapy
Group therapy creates opportunities for students to explore experiences within a small and supported group.
Depending on the goals of the group, shared experiences may support emotional awareness, social connection, communication and learning alongside others.
Groups are thoughtfully designed according to the needs and developmental stages of the students involved.

COMMUNITY LOVE
Children in small groups were provided opportunities to share their thoughts and listen to their peers.
School Teacher
Wan Ting is an intuitive and compassionate therapist and the children really enjoyed the group sessions with her. Through the different activities, her guidance and patience, the children were able to express themselves through their artwork. I'm grateful for her insights after the sessions which help my follow-up with the children after that. Thank you!
MOE School Counsellor
Not many art therapist has that special touch with children. Wan Ting is one of them. She is caring and does not make the child feel judged or uncomfortable. Over 2 years, I can see my child growing more assured, more independent and able to focus. I only wished I had found her earlier. As a parent, I also feel supported by her as I don’t feel I have to walk through the challenges alone. Thank you Wan Ting. May your work continue to touch lives.
