About the event

WORKSHOP SYNOPSIS Through a person centred approach, Health x Social Art Therapy Workshops is designed to suit all abilities to facilitate social connectedness, cultivate insights and promote well-being by creating a safe platform for participants to connect with each other through arts and self-expression.

Facilitated by an art therapist, this art workshop hopes to celebrate life’s simple pleasures that are often overlooked. Participants will take the time to reflect and create a personalised little book on the simple things that bring joy. Embracing the practice of gratitude, this workshop hopes to enhance personal well-being and happiness through an appreciation of life

No art-making experience is necessary to participate, just a willingness to explore! Join us in therapeutic art making alongside others!
